Our HealthCheck service involves one of our team reviewing your Jamf School setup with their eye for detail and years of experience to identify improvements, and make those changes in consultation with you.

The remote 'HealthCheck' service includes:

  • Renew your Apple Push Certificate, Apps & Devices Tokens

  • Review the status of your Devices (iPads, Macs, Apple TVs & iPhones)

  • Review Enrolment and Configuration Profiles

  • Review Apps to identify and resolve issues with installation or licences

  • Review Settings

  • Review the Audit Log to identify issues

  • Updating your Import Spreadsheet if required

  • Updating your Logins Documentation sheet

  • Check your Apple School Manager preferences

To carry out this remote service Scott, Nathan or Tom will login to your Jamf School account and undertake the reviews, then provide you with a detailed report including recommended changes, which we can make for you with consultation.

Delivered Onsite at Your School
From $449+GST*

The onsite 'HealthCheck Plus' includes everything in 'HealthCheck' and also provides additional time to do any of the following, based on your needs:

  • Resolve issues with iPads not checking into Jamf

  • Re-enrolling any non-supervised devices

  • Adding devices to Apple School Manager

  • Enrol new iPads you have not had time to setup yet

  • Decommission iPads no longer used

  • Provide training in use of Jamf School, tailored for new or existing staff
