HANDS ON IPAD WORKSHOP
As more schools decide to introduce iPads into their classrooms, teachers are not only asking, ‘Where do I start?’ but ‘How can I get the best out of what an iPad has to offer?’
iPads A-Z is a one day workshop that equips teachers to become confident and creative in their use of iPads.
Participants will be involved in a series of practical activities throughout the day that explore how to use the many features and functions of iPads. These demonstration and hands on activities will cover navigation, camera use, audio recording, projecting an iPad, printing files and images, email, web browsing, launching and switching between apps, managing documents, searching for and selecting apps, moving content between apps as well as on and off your iPad.
Come and learn how to master an iPad and discover the ways they can be used to engage your students and enrich their learning day by day in your classroom.
Completing iPads A-Z will contribute 5 hours of QTC Registered PD addressing 2.6.2, 3.4.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
